Hello brigands!

As we head into spooky season and past the halfway mark of our campaign, I thought I'd share another horror themed Kickstarter currently ongoing that might interest you all.

Early Haunts is a graphic novel anthology currently on Kickstarter  that brings to life several stories that inspired classics of the horror  genre. I didn't even know most of these stories existed, so it was a  real treat to read just the descriptions of stories that inspired so  much of what we consider bedrock of the horror genre.

I'm especially looking forward to their rendition of "The Death  Bride", which inspired Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein." This story's got  everything, folks. Counts, villas, masquerade balls, carnivale, you know it's going to be my jam, and hey, maybe it'll be yours too!

Check out Early Haunts, it's running through the rest of October, and has already more than doubled it's pledge goal.

International Brigades Arrive!

Hello brigands!

Whew! Another morning, another strech goal! Thank you all for jumping on that last one so fast, I'm excited about all the additional art we've unlocked!

There's been a fair amount of confusion as to our international options, so we've decided to add in an additional tier designed for international backers to hopefully ease some of the pain / confusion of our international comrades.

The International Brigades tier, like it mentions, will include POD coupons for ALL physical rewards, including the main Brinkwood manual, the Art Book, and the Map of Cardenfell. Furthermore, you'll receive all digital rewards as well, including "Band of Brigands" PDFs, community copies, and the Nom-de-Guerre. 

If you're outside of the US, we are still recommending that you consider one of our POD tiers, either the basic POD if you're interested in just getting the Brinkwood manual, the POD with some extra bucks thrown on top if you want to pick up one or two extras a la carte, or the new International Brigades option if you want to go whole-hog. 

While you can still technically get the retail edition by the terms outlined in the FAQ, you'll also be able to upgrade to the retail edition via BackerKit once we're close to fulfillment and we have a better idea of shipment costs. So, if you're on the fence about potentially "eating" high international shipping rates, VAT / GST costs, etc, it's definitely worth it to start out at a POD tier and upgrade to a retail edition post-Kickstarter if everything works out and international shipping rates stabilize. 

As always, we're available for any questions. I just wanted to say, I really appreciate how understanding and supportive the international community has been with us as we try and triangulate the best options in these trying times. I get how it's probably quite frustrating to look at the uncertainty in shipping rates and try to guess the future, but every international backer I've talked to has shown patience, understanding, and sympathy towards us regarding the current international situation. We appreciate the international community's support, now more than ever, and we hope there's an option we can provide that fits your budget and needs as an international backer.
